The students will learn methods for understanding, analysing and translating complexe information into dynamic images with music as an example. The outcome of their project will be applying all the gained knowledge to generate a dynamic and sometimes even interactive animated music visualisation.

Vom Punkt über die Linie in die Fläche erlangen die Studierenden darstellerische Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit grafischen Elemente, Ordnungsprinzipien und deren semantischen Möglichkeiten. Diese geometrischen Transformationen werden zunächst systematisch durchgeführt um später parametrisiert zu werden und so programmatische Anwendungen selbiger zu ermöglichen.

We discuss and analyse the excisting design exhibition of the HfG Hochschule für Gestaltung (and other design universities) regarding storytelling, wayfinding and legibility for different visitor groups: students with family, applicants and employees.
Furthermore the students will come up with a new, flexible concept to display student works and will also show a way to communicate the standing of the HfG and their aproach of proper design in a dedicated and permanent show room.
